Passkey problem Samsung S22 Ultra

I have not been able to find this issue anywhere.

I am trying to use a passkey to do some QA testing for work. I have the passkey set up with my phone. It has worked fine for months. But now I am having a problem where I get the passkey notification on my phone and when I select it the notification goes away and nothing opens up. You can see the notification in the screenshot below.

You definitely have it on preferred not set to None correct?
