password for wifi problem

I enter the correct password to connect to wi fi UPC broadband but the tab seek the password again repeated to no avail

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about your home wi-fi network, or some public wi-fi hotspot provided by UPC? Is the password associated with the wi-fi network itself, or do you have to enter it on a welcome login webpage that comes up as soon as you connect?
