I don't know why I just discovered this, but it looks like you can't select a lock delay longer than 10 minutes if you're using a password lock. I'm a bit baffled by this; if you're using a slide lock (and maybe PIN or pattern, though I haven't checked), the delay can be up to 30 minutes. I don't understand why Android forces a shorter timeout when a password is in use.
This is the case both in stock 4.0.4 and in CM9. I don't suppose this has been changed in JB, has it? If not, does anybody know of any ROMs that allow a longer lock timeout with a password, or a way to hack this to allow a longer delay?
