Android Central Question

i have entered the password I know, and others that could be options. s6 is on max power save mode. and the password is always incorrect. how do i fix this without losing data?
also, i used fingerprint to unlock before i put it on max power saver mode. now nothing works including the usb cable. i cant read messages or retrieve data from it via usb... help!!!

I'd first plug in the charger and let it charge for 2 or 3 hours - it sounds like, if it has any power left at all, it's not enough to do anything. Just pllug it in and come back in a few hours.

it's fully charged. still nothing... it also wont power off or do any reset or factory reset with the volume, home and power button.

As for not losing data, it should always be backed up. If you don't back your data up, you have no one to blame but yourself. But you will lose your data. (If you can get it into download mode you can at least reflash the ROM, otherwise it looks like you're in for a repair bill.)
