PC application to download pictures

So I guess this is a general question not necessarily related to the Touchpad. I have Cm10 installed on the tablet and it works great. What do folks use to download and sync pictures from the tablet to the PC? I'm wanting a PC application that lets me download my pictures and store them in year/month/day folders much like my camera app does. Is there such an app that works on android devices?
