PC No Longer Recognizes Samsung Note

I downloaded Samsung Kies, Samsung Kies (Light) and Samsung Kies3 but my Note Edge still not showing on my PC.
What is the name of APP in the Play Store that can help solve the problem? Is there a problem because I am running Windows 10?

I did what you suggested but my Galaxy Note Edge is not on list of portable devices
