PC Not recognizing phone when hooked up via USB, what do I do?

PC Not recognizing phone when hooked up via USB

Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530AZ
And v. 5.1.1

I used to be able to hook up the phone to USB cord and the laptop would automatically accept it. This no loner happens. Even bought an OEM Samsung cord.
Isn't there an option in phone settings to turn on PC recgogniton? I can't find it, i thought there was...

Did you changed the USB connection type from MTP to Charge only? You might want to check that.

If you pull the notification bar down, there should be options for you to choose.
