PC sees my phone, but cannot see any folders or pictures in the phone

2018 Tank Xtreme Pro, my PC recognizes the phone, lists it as "Tank Xtreme Pro" in the file manager, but doesn't see anything in it.

Blu's website seems to absolutely not show any updates.

Make sure you unlock the phone, also make sure you are in File Transfer mode. You SHOULD be prompted for the mode the first time you connect the phone, BUT if you picked the wrong mode it can be changed. swipe down and check your notification, probably near or at the bottom. Again make sure to select File Transfer Mode.

Finally able to access photos, this is what you got me access to. Not sure about the quality of the photos with this new phone, but nothing I can do about that now.
