Has anyone tried using pda net for tablet with the Flyer? I know the app just came out and is in beta. I am trying to tether using my Incredible to my Flyer. I think it won't work because of the bluetooth issue with the Flyer that I along with others have noticed. Any thoughts on this?

I was able to get PDAnet Tablet (beta) to work on my HTC Flyer and Sprint EVO 4G phone. I went to Android Market and downloaded Pdanet Tablet (Beta) for both my HTC Flyer and my Sprint EVO 4G. First, I paired the Flyer with the EVO 4G. Then, I ran the Pdanet Tablet (Beta) and follow the instructions. When you run the Pdanet Tablet (Beta) on your Flyer, you will be asked to set your Network Proxy. Pdanet will assign you the hostname and port to enter. After that, "tap to discover phone" to find your phone. And then "connect". That's it.

Sorry, I don't have the Incredible to say that it works on there.

This is so great because I don't regret getting a Sprint View 4G with a contract.

NOTE: You need to clear the network proxy setting (by clicking the button "clear" on Pdanet Tablet (Beta) screen) when you disconnect. Otherwise, your Internet will not work after disconnecting from Pdanet Tablet (Beta). This warning is clearly on the screen.

OMG! I got it to work. After running the program and connecting everything I forced stopped the browser and restarted. It worked after that. It seemed stable also. This is great!
