PDA Net issues w/version 4.3

Since my carrier blocked the Wifi on this app, I need to use USB mode The website says "If your carrier blocks your tether usage in WiFi mode, try to use USB mode instead in PdaNet+ and set Hide Tether Usage to Level I." Where do I set the Hide Tether usage and how?
