People can't hear me

people can't hear me when I talk but I can hear them

Have you tried the speakerphone? If that works, check the little mic hole for dust and lint. (Use a wooden toothpick to remove it.) If not, the mic or the earphone jack (an external mic would go through that, cutting off the internal mic) might be bad.
