on the left side click Something's Not Working > Report a Broken Feature > There's a problem when... > Posting a Picture in the "During Upload" at the lower part click Images appear distorted/scrambled (Android only).

Cheers! I wish they will fix the issue as soon as possible because S4's camera is really AWESOME.

I love my S4, it takes absolutely beautiful clear sharp pictures. I too noticed today when uploading to Instagram that all my pictures came out pixelated. Hope Facebook/Instagram fix this soon!!!

Yeah I just finished filling out that report too. Hopefully they have a fix for this soon. I just got my Samsung GS4. I love it, but as a heavy Instagram user, this is quite disappointing.

I've sent the feedback via this link numerous times but have yet to receive a reply. The link does state the following however.... "We are aware of an issue with Samsung Galaxy Y (GT-S5360) and Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830/M) where images will appear distorted or scrambled." My S4 is the GT-I9505 which this feedback mechanism does not refer to or recognise.

I have also noticed that if I upload the same photo I've had issues with to Google drive, then download the photo onto my old iPhone 3GS and then upload to instagram using the 3GS the photos appear fine.
