People on other end can't hear me

The past week, whenever I receive and answer an incoming call, people on the other end can't hear me. This started to happen before I updated my phone with the latest verizon firmware. It always seems to remedy itself after I restart the phone, but the problem eventually returns. Anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks.

It appears your mic is making the problem.
Try putting them on speaker and tell me what is going on !
If when you are on speaker people can hear you,your internal microphone is making the problem !

Hi. Actually, it seems that I can't hear them either whether I'm on regular or speaker. This is happening with all phone calls. It ends up being radio silence.
