People Sync failure with Exchange

Hi. I haven't been able to get People to sync both ways with MS Exchange on either my Nexus 7 or Nexus 10. Changes made to my computer contacts will show on my Nexus devices, but changes made within People app on either Nexus device will not show on my computer.

Has anybody else had similar problems syncing from the Nexus People app to MS Exchange contacts?
