persistent at&t software update

i have a question. i have a cwm installed and now that the update has been pushed to my phone it constatnly asks to install it. if i postpone it 3 times, it attempts to install itself anyway and i end up finding my phone in the cwm recovery. when i reboot the system i get a message that update didnt install, and the whole thing starts again! can someone plz tell me where this update is located so that i can install it manually from cwm (if possible)? thank you.

You cant install the Over The Air updates via CWM. Now that the Jelly Bean update is out you will want to connect the phone to your PC and the Kies software and update it. You will lose CWM, but you can reinstall it after the update is done.

When did JellyBean for ATT i717 come out? I have not seen any news about it. The international version, yes, ATT i717 not as far as i know, and yes i did plug the phone in with kies. Thank you for your advice though.

Galaxy Note on AT&T receiving Jelly Bean starting today | Android Central

It didnt officially start until yesterday when this was posted. But a few people checked Kies the day before and noticed the update. It hit the web like a storm and people were updating and posting about it. I had my update done on the 2nd, a day before it was officially announced.
