Person on call can't hear me

this is happening fairly often.

I make a phone call and the person can't hear me. they get silence.

I reboot the phone and then it works.

does this happen to anyone else? what is causing it? how can i fix it?

i think i might have figured it out.
if i make a call and go on mute during the call, and end the call still on mute, then the next call i make I'm still on mute, even though the mute button does not show as ON. i consider that a bug. i will ahve to test it more but it just happened. the i resolved it by tapping the mute button to appear ON, and then again for OFF. then the person could hear me. bug.

That's strange, but glad you figured it out. I agree that it does sound like a software bug and also agree that you should report it to Moto on their user Forum
