Phantom Emails Keep Coming Back

Only on my Outlook account. I delete the email and it reappears as a new email. I have a setting somewhere that's wrong but I don't know where. Doesn't happen on my home computers or on my iPhone. Anybody know what setting is causing this or where I find this setting in Android?

I believe I set it up as IMAP.

edit: just checked, it's IMAP.

Ok, looks like I had the account set up as IMAP but had entered the old POP3 servers. I have changed the servers to outlook.office365.com as per the provided info and I'll see what happens when I receive those problematic emails today. Thank you for the link!
