Phantom Notifications: Fixed

I wan not able to find what caused the continuous phantom alerts
Set default notification sound to NONE.
Then you have to set sound notifications for the things you want

Although I'm glad you found a workaround, what you suggest still doesn't show you what's causing those notifications. And by making the default notification tone "None," you then have to go through pretty much every app to make sure a different notification tone is set, which can be tedious.

how do I change the default to silent? under sounds / notification sounds, there is no option for silent only my Zedge sound downloads
