Phantom notifications?

Finally did a software update, and now my phone randomly buzzes for no reason. No notifications or anything. Today my volume was up and it beeped while it did it, but it wasn't a beep I've heard before. More radio-frequency and less smart phone sounding. It's a galaxy s9 on a sprint network.

do you have any Bluetooth device connected? Mine will vibrate to notify I've lost BT connection even if for a few seconds.

Also can check NFC is on
