I am actually just being over zealous but I am actually waiting up for this asus transformer and based on the fan webpage reviews on facebook no one thinks it is coming out in t-munus 42 minutes EST time. sources that be, what happened? what is going - I am looking for an answer. Why would Asus advertise it is avaliable tomorrow when clearly no stores have stock. If it comes out and I stand corrected I am apologize, otherwise, misinformation from Asus is not excusable. To preface, This is being written with Jack daniels/coke.

This is what I'm thinking. Online only for the 26th. None of the Best Buy people I talked to said they had stock. Granted some of them barely can walk and talk at the same time.. but..

I called my BestBuy, Staples, & OfficeMax today around noon and not one of them, knew what i was talking about... The guy at BestBuy, said if its like the iPad, it will just come fedex, but i dont see any comming in on our truck.

safe to say the really screwed up this launch. All it would have taken was a few ads showing the low price, and allowing the different stores to list them on their site before they go on sale and they would have a really huge launch. Instead they are going with what appears to be some sort of sneak-attack-release with no ad campaign, im not sure if this is your normal path to a good launch

Grabbed one from BJs. Paid the extra $20, but save ~$37 on sales taxes. Upgraded to 2 day shipping for an extra $8. Still cheaper than Best Buy B&M, plus I don't have to deal with those idiots or fight the traffic = priceless.

Unfortunately, no dock available, so I'll grab one somewhere else if I like the tablet.
