Phishing message from play store?

[AC Question]

When I open Chrome on my Galaxy S5 I get a screen that says
"The page at paly.google.com.store.apps.siteadvisor.club/SMBivfkif2mmhxluolmYurMuwz/US/#

Warning: Your Android system is Expired!"

Note that the address is not PLAY.google but PALY.google

Any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it?
