phone activation stuck

Phone activation is stucl... has been stuck for 20 minutes on the spinning circle. should i shower down and start over or call verizon?

I'd try it again, and if that doesn't work, take it into the carrier store and see if they can help. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes, but I have had an activation only work after a reboot and attempting again

Give Verizon a call. Although I don't think powering down during a hung activation would be dangerous (not like powering down during a system update).
