phone and camera icons in lockscreen are no longer apear

[Android Central Question]

Hi

after android 10 update , phone and camera icon disappeared from my lockscreen
there is no option in getting to get it back again , what should i do ? ( nokia 6.1 plus)

Welcome to Android Central! For the camera, do you have an option to double-press the Power button while the phone is locked to open it?

yes i can access by pressing power button , but the problem is why the icons disappeared and how can i fix it

It may have been a decision with the update to Android 10. I can't remember how long it's been the case, but it's been a while since I've seen a Phone or Camera icon on the lockscreen of my Pixel phones, and since Nokia is Android One, they pretty much follow suit.

can be backed by developer? does factory reset help fixing it ?

No, if it's part of the system, factory reset won't do anything. As far as I know, there isn't any way to further customize the lockscreen (at least not on Android One). You'd probably have to root the phone and install a custom ROM for that to be even possible.

ok , i guess i should wait for bug fixing update is there any way to tell google to fix some problems in our phones next update ?

I don't believe it's a bug -- it was a decision to remove those shortcuts from the lockscreen. You can give Google feedback about it, but it's unlikely that they'll change their minds about it.:-\

Some phones have the ability to hide icons on the lock screen , just wanted make sure if you had that option, also check in settings >device administrator > see if anything there has access to your lock screen?

Your welcome, also just take peek at device administrator sometimes if a app there is granted , can change lock screen .
