On the One's phone app (when you select phone icon from dock), the default screen is always the last caller. I've tried to change the order of the tabs by going to the menu from the phone app, but no luck. Is this the behavior on everyone's phone?

I dont quiet understand you? When you access the phone app, The dialpad should show, You can swipe left or right for other options such as call history etc You can also rearrange the order in with they are set if you like (in the phone app go to settings - edit tabs)

Yes,on top of the dial pad, by default it's always the last caller. In the previous one versions the default is call history. Now, I've to scroll left our right to get to the call history.

Yes on top of the dialpad shows the last caller, You scroll left to view call history!! Id rather if the dialpad didnt show the last caller at all, No big deal or anything, IF someone is using my phone to make a call however, id rather them not being able to see who i rang last!!

I know what you mean, using the 'edit tabs' option you can choose which tabs are displayed (apart from people and phone which are enabled by default) and you can drag them into any order you want but you cannot change the default tab that shows when you open the dialler. I am sure there must be a way to do it, but I just can't see it.
