Phone app draining battery for no reason.

I noticed late last week that my phone's battery was draining a bit faster than it usually does. I took a look in Android Assistant, and noticed that the "phone" app was using an inordinant ammount of juice. Now, I keep a close eye on what is using up battery life, and this app never used this much power until last week. I restarted the phone and that solved the problem for a while, but the app will eventually start draining my battery for no discernable reason. Here is a screenshot I took this morning, and keep in mind that I have not used the app at all today.

Does any one have any idea what may be causing the app to drain that much power?
