Has to be from att Samsung exclusively uses FedEx. At least for everything I've gotten from them over the last 5 years.

Bought it directly from AT&T.

I bought it from ATT over the phone the day before the release.

Shipping just got updated and phone is on it way from Indiana. States will be delivered by 8 on Monday through FedEx.

FedEx delivered my Dell PC to a neighbor. They called & thanked me for the new PC.


Luckily, I have a honest neighbor.

I guess the address over the garage door & next to the front door isn't enough.

I know the postal lady well and vice versa. You can be sure I'll be waiting for the truck. All carriers make mistakes, though. I have had both FedEx and UPS deliver at least one package to the wrong address. Luckily, I was able to retrieve them. My only fear with USPS is if they have a substitute carrier on the day of delivery.

Minus the S8 line I've always got them about 4 days to a week early. Except the Note 8 due to hurricane Irma. If it wasn't for Irma I would have had it 5 days early.

Monday delivery is likely because ATT is using overnight. Samsung is 2nd day air hence Tue delivery.

Im thinking wed or thur for me due to the staffing issues at the hubs. It happened again this week. A UPS package I was supposed to get on Wed I'm not getting until Tomorrow due to it sitting in a hub longer than usual.

For most of us that don't live in the TX region the phone is shipping 2nd say air. It leaves Sat night, hence they must not count sunday which is why we get it on Tue.

What sucks about that. Is my phone will arrive at RSW on Sun or Mon and will sit there until Tue. That is what usually happens. With the staffing shortage they might sit an extra day or two as well.

Mine is now scheduled for Friday the 18th by 6 p.m. It was in Indianapolis at 1:53. It could possibly not be here until Saturday, but I'll know for sure in the morning.
