Phone call issues?

[Android Central Question]

Randomly when im using my phone, not in any calls, lets say I'm watching youtube. Suddenly i can hear the sound that comes when you finish/end a messenger voice/video call. Then the sound changes in my youtube video.
Also today, i was listening to spotify in my car bluetooth / handsfree, suddenly the phone start sending the music over the handsfree function in the car. The car said i was in a call with unknown.
When i was in a regular phone call, there was a small echo for the part i was talking to. I couldnt hear it, after some time it was a strong echo. It went away after i restarted the phone. Any idea whats going on here..?

Im using a samsung galaxy s20 ultra. Its less then 10 days old. Norwegian carrier, Telia.

This issue is mainly Bluetooth?

Nope, only the unknown caller thing and music swaps over to handsfree mode is with bluetooth. The rest happens with no bluetooth connections. Not close to bluetooth paired devices either

Try clearing cache in recovery

What cache?
Closest i can find is to reset settings back to factory default

Imma total noob with android i know, been using ios for the last 5 years. Was ready for something new
