Phone calls?

How does your S8 perform during a phone call? Can they
hear you is it constantly breaking up ?What Carrier do you have I have Sprint I noticed the phone breaking up a lot during phone calls. ,Mostly on Bluetooth or speakerphone

Seems like when I am in Wi-Fi and making a call it can be hit or miss. Verizon with a very good 4 bar signal.

I am on Verizon we have a strong signal in my area and the HD calling works great. I don't use the phone as a phone often however.

I'm with T-Mobile and the volte HD calling is fantastic. I love it and I love being able to use data while I'm using

I use around 1.5k mins a month .. So far it has been great in the truck w/ BT, on the handset, and on speaker.

Well I own a truck that I drive to/from work and around town .

Yeah I just meant my normal vehicle for commuting (2017 F150 SuperCab). It has that Ford Sync 3 or whatever software. I just use BT for music and for calls w/ my S8+ .

I have tmobile. Sound is pretty good, no issues with disconnect

WiFi calling on Sprint can be wonky. I called three times and every single time other side could not hear me. Toggling WiFi on and off solved it temporarily.

Mine has been great with Verizon. I drive long distance and drive in some pretty remote areas. I have the usual areas were service can be spotty. I get hardly any service where I live, but Verizon is the only provider that I can get some service.

I'm on AT&T and no issues with phone calls whatsoever. It is all crystal clear.

My S8+ works better than my Note 4 from my home. On VZ & for the last 6 months my Note 4 would break up on calls from home. I have not noticed that with the S8 & S8+. After 6 days with the S8, I had to move to the S8+
