Phone Closes Apps

I got a new phone, a Huawei Y5 lite. I tried to play a few games but over some, they suddenly stop. Even when using Opera browser to download something it stops, the unfinished download vanishes in the process. Cache clearing and factory reset doesn't work.

Need help. Please

The challenge here is to figure out when those online games and Opera started closing -- after which app installation did it start happening? If you can figure that out, then that app is the culprit.

All of them do it.

It sounds like you're saying all of those apps close on their own -- so does that mean that as you're reinstalling apps one by one, once you install any one of those apps (like one of your games) and you test it, it closes on its own? And then if you uninstall that app, and then try installing another app like Opera, you find that Opera closes on its own?

Then it probably has more to do with what Mooncatt said before -- those apps just aren't functioning well on a device with only 1 GB of RAM.

Those apps worked fine on the Huawei y3 2018

What version of Android was that phone running, and what version is your current one running?

And what versions of the apps were running? Apps rewritten to run on later versions of Android often need more RAM to tun in.
