Phone compatible on Verizon network

[AC Question]

Im looking at a Sony Xperia Z5 premium or the Sony X Performance. Both support LTE B13 (700c), B4 (1700/2100 AWS1), B2 (1900 PCS) channels and GSM but not CDMA. My whole area runs on 4G LTE networks. What i want to know if these phone will be compatible with Verizons LTE networks and if i still need to have a CDMA connection since they have the VoLTE going now?
