Phone draining faster than can charge in car.

I am using SCOSCHE USBC242M 12 usb charger in car and still get phone is draining faster that it can charge. How do I fix this if I even can? 2016 Chevy Equinox. Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. What is the output amps stated on the charger? It may not be large enough, or the port in the car is not giving it enough power.

Thanks! It says 2.4. I just got this one thinking my other USB, only 1.0, was the problem. It must be the car outlet. Anyway to fix it?
