Phone Dumping Signal

my phone just started randomly dumping its phone signal in an area here at home that it should have great signal. I only does it for a second...but it is very annoying...any ideas?

This was a known issue long ago on the EPIC.
The fix was to put it in airplane mode for a short time and then back to normal operation.

Weird its back. Look under battery status and tell us what your time with out signal is under cellular stand by. If its around 50% its the same bug.

Hi My epic is doing the same thing. Along with my wifes who i talked into moving to spring so we could have the same phone. She is so ticked off at me and she is over her 30 days.
I did what you said in your reply to bmac417. My time with out signal is 61%. Can you help or offer any advice. It is so annoying.

Turn off the phone. Turn it back on. Wait for it to get going.
Enable airplane mode. Wait 30 seconds. Disable airplane mode.

This should fix the time with out signal issue untill you power cycle your phone again.
If you do follow the same instructions.
