Phone freeze

My Optimus V has this thing it does,"freezes".It is very annoying.Any info on why that's happening? Also,the phone's not rooted.

Try rebooting the phone if you haven't already. Often times a reboot can fix a number of issues related to sluggishness, freezing or app problems. If it doesn't, consider a factory reset (backup all your data and sync with Google beforehand). There may be something else causing the problems, such as an app or service.
