Phone freezing

Wondering if anyone can help me with my phone freezing and very laggy. Sms text always laggy and signal strength lost after last update. Really thinking about doing a hard factory reset. I dont want to have to start over. Thanks

Sometimes after a major update (like the Lollypop to Marshmallow update), things can get a little weird. A factory reset will fix most, if not all, of the issues you are having. You can back up to Samsung or use the "samsung switch" app on a computer to backup all your data and settings and restore it after the wipe.
