Phone frozen at Samsung logo with black screen

After recharging my S6 and turning it on, a message in small red font text appears on the upper left hand corner of screen:

Kernel is not Seandroid enforcing

Then the screen freezes at the Samsung logo on a black background.

Looking for help.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you rooted, running a non-stock ROM?

>Shut down the phone
> Hold the Up Volume, Power and Home button all at once until you see the screen turn on then let go.
> Once booted into the System Recovery menu, scroll down using the volume down button to "Wipe Cache Partition" and click the power button to select.
> Once done, choose "Reboot System Now" again using the Volume up or down buttons, and select "Reboot System Now" using the power button.

See if that does the trick

Sounds like you tried rooting or something and screwed it up or a security update has broken the non-standard kernel.

Find the latest stock rom for your device, download Odin 3.10.7 and flash the downloaded rom on to your phone. Be very careful you have the exact correct rom.

There are many guides out there on how to do this.
