Is my phone fried? It won't get past the red Verizon start up screen.

I left my samsung Galaxy S6 to charge over night like I always do. I woke up to see it was on the red Verizon start up screen and it's stuck there.

I've tried doing a soft restart and a force shut down. But that doesn't fix it.
Also when I do a forced shut down the blue light in the corner doesn;t go out even though the screen is black.

It's probably not fried, but it may be soft-bricked. Have you brought it into a Verizon store and asked for help? (The firmware may have to be reflashed, so I hope you always back everything up.)
