Phone hack by imei

I have on doubt please clear that, if a person whose is working on telecommunications networks have IMEI NUMBER of my android phone and my PHONE NUMBER then can he hack my android phone like accessing of my phone gallery and my phone's camera?

No. They could possibly spoof your numbers onto their device (so they could do something like make a call that shows your number on caller ID), but it wouldn't grant them access to your phone.

But can it be possible for telecom Engineer or by anyone to hack my phone and access remotely like camera, gallery etc just by knowing IMEI number and phone number?

Correct. To do that, they would have to install an app onto your phone. That can happen without ever knowing the identifier numbers, but requires you to specifically allow the installation. That's why you don't allow others unfettered access to your phone, don't install apps from shady websites, don't respond to random pop-ups claiming you have a virus, etc.

Is there something happening on your phone that makes you think you've been hacked? We get a lot of those types of questions, and it's usually an aspect of Android functioning in a way the user didn't expect.

Yes actually some odd behaviour of phone such as my trending video location on my YouTube app is changed by itself and dark theme also turned off by its own and back to white light

That could easily be a bug. I've never messed with trending, so by "location" are to referring to something like it's showing you stuff from other places? The theme change may also be due to a bug or update. Being hacked certainly wouldn't be at the top of the list of possibilities.

Yes from location I am referring to suppose I am from India and it showing trending video in India but 2 days before it showing the trending videos of USA location means videos which are trending in USA.

Try going into the app settings > general settings, and see what that shows for location. Is that correct? I'd also go to the Play store and see if the app was recently updated. If so, that may have been when the bugs popped up (and why I keep auto updates turned off, so I can read reviews first).

I've also passed this along to the other ambassadors. Hopefully one of them may know more about the trending function than me.

Location is showing correctly which is my country but the trending video changed.
One more thing I wanna ask
Can they remotely on/off my data pack or WiFi?

I wonder if it's simply some other videos are trending in your country for the time being. For example, I'm in the U.S. but just saw one from the BBC.

As for your last question, they can not change any settings on your phone itself. A carrier could cut off your service on their end, but that's different. In that case, your phone technically works, but their towers don't respond because they see it as an invalid phone. That could be any reason, from you canceling service, or them cancelling for not paying the bills.

But just because a carrier or manufacturer installed an app doesn't mean it's malware. This is common and called bloatware. These apps are harmless and more for promotion than anything. The only time you should be concerned is if you buy one of the dirt cheap no name phones. There have been cases where those manufacturers baked malware into the OS itself. They steal your info and sell it, which is how they can sell the phones so cheap. If you stick with the name brands (Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC, etc), then this isn't an issue.

I am using WiFi but the ip address was showing correctly at that time means of my region
