phone has stopped working

a thing popped up that said the UI has stopped working and i said ok and it shut my phone off. i can turn it on and off but it only stays on the symbol of my phone goes dark but wont go onto the home screen. what can i do to fix this if its fixable. i have a WOGIZ WX90 Pro. Please help me if you can.

Hello ! i guess if you can clean the cache in recovery mode it will fix that. to go to recovery press power button + volume up or down .. just try it .. then choose wipe cache partition .. applying the power button to chose . if it doesnt work maybe do a full wipe data /factory reset ! this last one you will erase all your data .. good luck
