Phone history not updating

Bought this Pixel 4A new, Android 11 installed.

Phone history shows nothing new after Sept 28th, spent that day driving, didn't install any apps that day.
I've Googled the problem but haven't found a solution, proper permissions allowed etc.

By "Phone History," are you talking about the Recent Calls/Call History?

Yes.
Should I uninstall the app and reinstall "Phone by Google"?
Any help appreciated.

Cleared my storage as suggested by @mustang7757 in post 12 and my recent calls show up now.

I was gonna try that a while ago but wasn't sure what it would do. After not sowing any recent calls for almost a month I took the chance...
