Phone initiates video calls on it's own!

Hello,

My wife has an old Samsung A5 which keeps trying to make video calls without her interaction. We don't think it's something malicious as it's just trying to call someone from her recent list - all of which have been landlines so far, so the call just fails. It about 5-10 calls per day at the moment.

I can't find anything like this on Google, any ideas?
