Phone is being "Cool Down" message multiple times and randomly restarts

I took a few hundred pictures and set both amazon and Google to backup photos when charging and while on any network.

When I plugged in the phone, it started to upload but then started to tsbdim/randomly restart multiple times... Like 5 times within 30 minutes. Also I saw the cooling down message multiple times as well.

I guess the radios were getting rather toasty! Probably too much work all at once, combined with battery charge heat.
