phone is on bootloop, and any modes doesnt work... phone continously restarting?? help me, pls.

My phone is on bootloop, any modes doesnt work, including recovery mode... its restarting continously, it turns on for about 10 sec. Stucked up on its logo then turn off and on again on its logo.. how to fix? Its a cloudfone ice 500e.. i think fastboot wont work coz i cant turn it on that mode

Welcome to Android Central! Rooted or unrooted? Was it working fine until now? Any recent app installations?

If you have an SD card inserted, power down and remove the card, and power on again--sometimes, a corrupt card can cause problems.
