phone is slow after update

My phone is lagging after update is there a way to fix it. When I rotate the phone its slow to change, the keyboard is slow.

My phone is slow as well. It's really annoying.

Same here. Disappointed. Planning to go with rooting stock and freezing apps with titanium backup.
