Phone isnt getting Twitter, FB, or Gmail notifications

For some reason I am not getting Twitter, FB, or Gmail notifications on my phone. Don't think I changed any of my account settings. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Menu > Settings > Account & sync... are your account set to sync? You can also manually sync all your accounts from here.
