Phone Issues

Having some issues with phone calls on my Moment. I will be talking to someone and I the person can't hear me anymore and thinks I hung up. But I hear them fine! Please help!

ya me too. i could'nt figure it out at first everyone kept hanging up on me. i'll be talking and muting people. keep the sensor clean.

That sounds like it could be it. Where is the sensor? Is those transparent dots up by the Sprint logo?

yes those are it... left side of the sprint logo. next time they cant hear you. take your phone off your ear and look to see if you hit the mute button

yep yep - i've got the same problem -- i hit the stupid mute button with my face....no clue as to how to fix that though...hopefully a fix in 2.1!
