Phone Just Got Dangerously Hot

So I decided to give flash a try in the browser, and after 3 minutes of watching a flash video, my phone heated up like an oven. I've felt this phone get hot, but this was something I've never felt before. It would have burnt my hand if I didn't let go. Doesn't seem to be the battery, but the CPU. I've never had an issue with this phone getting so hot before. What's going on?

Which version of flash were you running. And that sucks to hear I've been watching flash videos even streamed the last few podcast using flash without it heating up. Something could be wrong with your phone just keep using it and if that continues take it to vzw and show them

My phone has always gotten extremely hot but usually when I charge it! And I mean dangerously hot!!!!

Mine got way hotter this afternoon than it ever has before and it was not on a charger or WIFI either.

No, I didn't have wifi on, nor did I have it on a charger. I had the screen on for literally 5 minutes, and was only watching a flash video for a minute. It got so hot I had to move my hand away from the bottom of the phone and immediately shut it off.
