Phone keeps on freezing!

Hello! So my Samsung Galaxy S3 keeps on messing up on me

The screen becomes unresponsive after I get a message about google play isn't working!

I don't know what to do & I haven't been able to do anything!


it does let me turn it off but that's it.

What sometimes happens is accepting updates can cause the cached data from the old OS to interfere with the new version.
