I'm running a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (GT-I3200N) that was working fine until a few hours ago. I'm not sure what triggered it to start doing this, but I do know that it now isn't working, and nothing I've found anywhere can tell me how to fix it.
It reboots every, maybe, 10 seconds after being switched on. During its reboot time I can tell it to go into download mode or recovery mode just fine. When in download mode, I can't seem to get anything to flash onto it, though I may not have been trying the right things - I've never used it before. Recovery mode is the thing that's strange to me; when I boot into that it just says "no command" for a second or two and then reboots again.
