Phone keeps turning on when in pocket

This is driving me nuts. Phone keeps turning itself on in my pocket. Have read and read and nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

I remember reading somewhere that this can be caused by the tap to wake.

Samething would happen to me when i had double tap to wake on after i turned it off had no problems
