Phone loads to LG screen then goes black and freezes

My phone had been randomly restarting once or twice a day for about a week now, regardless if it was plugged in to a charger or not. Then on Saturday it was plugged into the charger at 96% charge when it just shut down, didn't care wasn't using it but than about 30 minutes later I try to start it and it would only go to the LG logo screen and then go black and it was froze. I took the battery waited 30 seconds to a minute put it back in and again it goes to the LG screen and freezes. I did it a couple more time and same thing then left battery out for 10+ hrs and same thing. Bought a new Anker battery off Amazon put it in and started charging for like 4 min and the charging light is not on and it is froze took battery out put back in and it charges for less than a minute and froze. Any suggestions?

So am I screwed, I bout the phone new Dec 2014 so its a only a year and half old.
